Our company currently has more than 500 specialists providing IT user help desk, infrastructure, and application support services. Several national and international companies rely upon icorp services (in some cases for over 30 years).icorp corporate office is located at Querétaro (Mexico) and we have a Service Center in Mexico City. Our technical staff is strategically located in more than 128 cities throughout Mexico.

icorp's first sale was an HP-150,
a computer running MS-DOS in only 256kb of RAM.

After 24 years, icorp opens the doors to its new building located on the No. 3 access road to the Benito Juárez industrial zone in Querétero.

After one year of hard work on internal projects, icorp decides to create a new department dedicated to project management. Marketing becomes a sub department of Innovation.
One of icorp's most important projects has been to strengthen the performance and identity of our employees in order to develop career plans.
icorp transfers Queretaro´s Support Center to Ciudad Maderas, home of the state's IT Cluster, doubling the capacity of the support center.
QA takes the next step in its operation by implementing live call monitoring, personalized feedback for analysts and centralization of quality processes.
We launch our new business unit : Staffing and recruitment for specialized IT staff. Designed for companies who don’t want to increase their headcount and want to leave this process in the hands of experts.
With the complete team the intention is to formalize the department of human talent in order to give an integral service that exceeds expectations.

President and CEO
Computer Systems Engineering degree from ITESM and a Master's in IT Systems Administration completed in Rochester, NY.
Alberto has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry directing multinational projects in Mexico. He is currently vice president of the advisory board of InteQsoft, a consortium of IT companies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UAQ. She has experience with workgroup management, financial planning and fiscal controls.
Isaura has directed the administration of icorp since 1998, creating financial stability and paving the way for rapid growth through her leadership, commitment and passion.
Sales and Marketing Director
Computer Systems Engineering degree from ITESM. He has extensive sales experience that comes from having directed the sales department since 2000.
Rubén has led large projects in small private companies as well as in state and federal government institutions. He is one of our founders and has more than 30 years in the IT sector.

Since it commenced operations in 1986, icorp has participated in philanthropic endeavors by supporting organizations that are dedicated to bettering the most adversely affected social sectors:
This shelter headed by Spanish nuns has operated since 2003 and is equipped to help and house more than 20 adolescent women who have been abandoned or abused by their parents or guardians. The shelter provides them with education and a living environment, as well as spiritual and moral support.
This committee was created in 2013 by a group of young deaf locals with the idea of promoting the inclusion of deaf people within general society—mainly in schools and the workplace. They also have two very interesting projects : Manos Libres (Hands-Free) & Una Nueva Voz (A New Voice).
This local Querétaro organization helps more than 50 people who suffer from physical disabilities like cerebral palsy, sight or hearing loss, and Downs syndrome, among others. The participants in this organization have created a working environment centered around bread production.
